Groundbreaking Ceremony of “Xa Mat 5 – 5-Storey Apartment Complex & Entertainment Service Area”

On the morning of February 25, 2025, Silver Lion Construction Co., Ltd solemnly held the groundbreaking ceremony for the “5‑Storey Apartment & Entertainment Service Area” project in Trapaing Phlong Commune, Ponhea Krek District, Tbong Khmum Province (Cambodia). The ceremony was attended by representatives of SLC’s leadership and the contractor TL&T, along with a large number of staff and workers.

The Xa Mat 5 project has a total investment of USD 100 million and is expected to be completed and operational by March 2026. The project includes five buildings, each five storeys tall, with a total floor area of 49,226 m². It also features supporting entertainment and service facilities such as a swimming pool, sports field, karaoke rooms, and other amenities.

Speaking at the event, the investor and project management (SLC) emphasized the project's importance and pledged to ensure that construction quality and schedule meet the planned timeline. The contractor also confirmed they would mobilize maximum resources to carry out the project safely and efficiently.

The groundbreaking took place in a solemn atmosphere, marking a significant milestone for the Xa Mat 5 project's construction. After the ceremony, attendees participated in the official groundbreaking gesture, formally initiating the works. The project is expected to be delivered on schedule and bring real value to the area.
