Formation and Development Process

Before 2022:

Starting with a team of experienced professionals, we provided design consulting, cost estimation, and project management services for several high-end medium and small-scale projects in Cambodia. At the same time, we partnered with reputable subcontractors and interior suppliers to offer general contracting services.

Over time, to meet the growing demand for scaling and the desire to deliver better service quality to customers, our team has steadily increased both in size and in expertise, and began establishing specialized departments.

June 2022:

Silver Lion Construction Co., LTD (abbreviated as “SLC”) was officially established and headquartered in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. This marked a significant step forward, signifying SLC’s transformation into a more professional structure that meets service and organizational standards of a corporate model.

In the same year, SLC successfully won bids and began construction of two major projects in Bavet (Cambodia): Las Vegas Sun Casino & Hotel and Win Win Casino & Hotel. These were key projects in the area, consisting of high-end entertainment and resort complexes (casino, hotel, spa, etc.). Through its leadership in cost estimation, design, and construction management, SLC affirmed its capacity and diversified expertise in high-end construction.

Besides that, SLC also faced several human resource challenges due to strict post-COVID-19 travel regulations and concerns about political stability in the host country. However, timely and humane HR policies helped stabilize the workforce at 50–60 employees, with plans to grow to 200 within 5 years.

By the end of 2022 and early 2023, SLC continued to win new bids such as GMG - Xa Mat, Luxcity Hotel & Apartment, and other high-end hotel projects in Cambodia.

Since 2024:

Continuing the successes achieved, SLC has been constantly expanding its scope, taking on numerous large-scale premium residential and office projects in Vietnam, Cambodia, and Thailand. Beyond economic success, SLC continues to affirm its reputation and position in the construction industry, not only in Cambodia but across Southeast Asia.
